The difference between Infrared sauna and traditional sauna👇Unlike traditional or classic saunas that use steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use advanced infrared heaters to warm your body directly. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this increases thermal energy, inducing a deep and relaxing sweat. In an infrared sauna, the air temperature is less important than the quality of the infrared heat. Once your infrared sauna has been heating for about 15 minutes then you’re ready to get in. You will warm up with the sauna. You can book your infrared sauna right here on Instagram!🥵

Did you know that sauna stones don’t last forever? Due to constant contact with water and exposure to high temperatures (up to 800°C/1500°F!), stones can start to crumble over time, affecting your sauna heater’s performance. It’s essential to check your sauna stones annually or after every 300 hours of heating. Look out for signs of wear, especially in stones closest to the heating elements. Don’t let worn-out stones push your sauna heater out of its prime. Keep your sauna in top condition for that perfect, relaxing heat. 👉 Remember, regular maintenance ensures a longer life for your sauna heater and a safer, more enjoyable experience for you. Time to check your stones? 🤔

FAQ: what's the difference between the infrared and traditional sauna?🌡Temperature》infrared saunas sit at about 140-150°F》traditional saunas sit at about 200+°F 🥵how it warms you up》infrared saunas heat you up from the inside-out! The infrared rays interact with our body's molecules to create heat - so our core temp rises internally.》traditional saunas heat you up from the outside-in! The ambient temperature created by hot coals and humidity (from pouring water on those coals) is what creates more heat.Sometimes the heat from an IR sauna can feel more intense but generally people find that they are able to tolerate infrared saunas for longer periods because the ambient temperature is much lower than in a traditional sauna! What questions do you have about infrared saunas - or sauna use, in general?#sauna #infraredsauna #wellness #selfcare ##painrelief

🔍 Did some extensive research on saunas and found some valuable insights! 💡 When investing in a sauna, height is a crucial factor to consider. 📏 Don't be fooled by cheaper options that require you to bend over uncomfortably. 🚫 Opt for a taller sauna to ensure a more spacious and enjoyable experience. 🌟 Especially important for those dealing with back pain like myself. 💪 #SaunaTips #InvestWisely #BackPainRelief
